Джейсон похоже в скором времени вернется ,по крайней мере покажется публике, и на этот раз в столь привычном качестве-танцора!!!он присоединился к манчестерской брейк-денс группе,которая называется Street Machine, Джейсон в очередной раз доказал,что находится в отличной физической форме:also good to see Jason Orange getting down too - still got it.

swany was awesome and so was jason orange....turned up in flip flop[s and then kicked em off and did some of the best swipes ive seen...props

Gotta say again - Jason was killing it. You see his baby-mills? They were FAST. When we were upstairs he was doing some NICE footwork too - and again - barefoot!

and Jason Orange returned to his b boy roots (Jason was with Street Machine, the other great Manchester crew, who were well represented at the event), taking to the circle with some impressive moves, following the introduction of Broken Glass by Benji Reid and Kermit.

Да, Джей все дальше уходит в себя. Так недолго его и потерять - махнет куда-нибудь в Тибет, станет буддистом и будет сидеть себе целыми днями и медитировать....

What have you been doing over the last decade?

Wandering around, travelling, going to college... "Searching" I suppose would be the word? I don't know what for, but just because I've had enough money to live off, so I've not had to go to work. I think I'll find something at the end.

I've really enjoyed the last 10 years off, in so much as watching the world go round - being an observer, not having the worries of meeting deadlines, or worrying about mortgages like most people. I think everything's getting a bit frantic; peaple are rushing around too much.

I'm all for a three day working week, that's the way forward. We need more time to spend with our families, to sit in gardens looking at the flowers and all that hippy stuff, but we've got this problem in our society, which I suppose advertising companies are partly causing by saying that we need these nice cars or iPods etc in our lives, so people are going off to work extra hours to get these things. Maybe a three day working week is a bit unrealistic, as there are good things about this world, like people who work day and night to come up with cures for diseases etc, and we do all have this innate drive to move forward, but we just seem to be slogging ourselves to death.

Anyone reading this will probably think, "That's easy for him to say, he's earned his mobey, he can sit back and watch." I do feel blessed that I've earned the money I have and that it's given me the time to sit and observe. I think I see clearer the things that other people don't have time to. A friend said to me last week, "You know Jay, you think too much, all my problems are buried at the bottom of the washing basket". A beautiful metaphor I thought. In other words she's too busy raising her children to worry.

HOW DID YOU FEEL AFTER THE SPLIT?

I think I said it in the documentary. I was just excited by the drama of it all. The over pervading feeling was one of relief. I was tired and we were due to make another album and i was feeling less and less worthy as I was contributing so little to the writing and making of the songs and albums. The longer it went on the more of a fake I felt, so I was relieved when I was put to us that we were going to break up

WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO REUNITE TO DO THE TOUR?

I asked all of my brothers what they tought and they all came back with different answers. One said that I should do it because it'd be giving the fans two hours of nostalgia. It was then that I realised it might not be about me and my anxieties, but about other people's enjoyment, so it was well worth doing it for them

WOULD YOU EVER DO A CELEBRITY REALITY SHOW?

Never say never..It's the world is going now.Like most people, I'm both completely obsessed by it and repulsed by it as well. You can take vicarious pleasure from the safety comfort and comfort of your own home out of other people's displeasure or misfortune, wich is probably not a good thing.

It seems to be human nature - rightly or wrongly to form allegiances in shows like Big Brother. They form bonds, little gangs, they isolate people, and then one's gone. It's like a little microcosm of what the world's like.It'so captivating because we are watching how life works with these carachters, but also watching ourselves.. I used to be a painter and decorator before Take That and there were all these gangs, men can be the biggest bitches in the world.It's a fact of nature, whether it's a good thing or a bad thing. In the bigger picture it's Darwinism - survival of the fittest. We nedd stronger and weaker people to keep life evolving.



IF YOU HAD TO PICK £ PEOPLE TO TAKE INTO THE BB HOUSE; WHO WOULD YOU PICK?

George michael - I'd love to see what makes him tick. I love his music, so much soul. Also Annie Lennox and Sinead O'Connor. Sinead is quite controversial: she has rejected her fame. is religious and wants to make a difference



DO YOU THINK YOU''LL EVER GO BACK INTO ACTING?

No. I felt like afake. I felt like I was acting and a true actor doesn't feel like he's acting. When I left the band, there was a panic like:"What next?" I knew that I wasn't going to have a solo singing career, so i went along with people advising me. They'd say: " jason , you've got good looks, you've got this profile, you can get acting work". I wasn't thinking for myself, so just went along with it. I did two acting jobs and didn't feel comfortable with either of them. I was out of my depth really.
I'd turn uo for an audition and feel bad for the real actors who had spent years training. I felt like an imposter. I was scared of auditions, I'd go into the room and just die. They say you should have nerves as it enhances the performance, but my nerves were to such an extent that the audition became too much of an unnecessary ordeal.



YOU HAVE A VERY LARGE FAMILY, HOW HAS FAME AFFECTED THEM?

Everything affects everything. The people closest to you are affected. I didn't realise what effect it had on my second youngest brother until much later. He was bullied at school for having a " faggot brother in a faggot band". One of my other brothers probably slept with more women than he would have. They were affected in good ways and bad, as I'm affected by their lives.
People who aspire to be famous, oe who are famous, have to be aware that hey are responsible, not just for themselves, but for the people who are closest to them, the people who love them. Everyday one of my brothers gets asked:" How's your kid Jason doing?" even before they get asked how they are. In the past it must have affected my brothers on a daily basis in varous ways.

Going back to what I was saying about my brothers sleeping with more women. Looking at it from one poin of view, perhaps a shallow one, it might seem at first to be a good thing, but sleeping with loads of women just because of who your brother is, well it might in the end become soul destroying. It seems 'a shag's a shag' for young lads in our society, wich seems to be getting more promiscuous, but when you look at it from a bigger picture, or perhaps speak to someone who's deeply religious, they would say to save sex for marriage.From that point of view, it can be damaging and you should save that precious gift that God's given you for one person.

I regret most of the women I 've slept with. Nothing poersonal against them but I was doing it all for wrong reasons. I was doing it because of the pressure and because it's what you do as a young lad , you sow your wild oats and all that. I didn't need to sleep with 99% of the women I slept with; i did it for ego.


CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT YOUR DAD?

He's made his mistakes, his biggest sin seems to have been weakness, but he's not a bad man. he left my mother for a younger woman, maybe because he was scared of the respnsability of raising six boys, and because he wanted to still feel young; men sleep with younger women to make them feel young. he was out of order but I love my dad


WHAT MADE THE BAND DECIDE TO SUPPORT THE 5 STARS SCANNER APPEAL?

We were asked to do it and it was nice because we'd donated the profits of one of our concerts to the charity 10 years ago.
We will have bucket collections at all of the manchester gigs in June and have taken the charity on as our own. We'll also be donating all of our stage costumes for auction. The money raised will go directly towards a new scanner needed at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital .The children at the hospiatal need all the help they can get so we're happy to be giving something back.
